Shipping Policies
To ensure your order arrives promptly and in good condition, we ship exclusively through reputable courier agencies. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. If a split shipment is necessary, we will inform you in advance.
If you believe the product is not in good condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. Contact our Customer Care team at +91-917-003-6059
or reach out via our Contact Us page, citing your order reference number. We will do our best to arrange a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
You can track your order’s shipping status on our website by visiting the “Track Your Order” section. Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice listing the price, as required by Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Partners
We use FedEx and Aramex to ship our products, based on the options available at checkout and your selection. Upon special request, we can also ship through EMS Speed Post to remote locations if our regular shipping partners do not serve your area adequately. However, we cannot guarantee compliance with this request, as each shipment is subject to verification by the post office, which may refuse to accept items deemed likely to be damaged.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make every effort to ship your order on the same day it is placed. 99% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Saturday and Sunday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM will typically be shipped the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays. Shipments via BlueDart created before 2:00 PM will be picked up on the same day; otherwise, they will be picked up the next day.
While we aim to ensure delivery within 2-4 days across India, this is beyond our control due to the logistics and methods of individual shipping companies. We recommend placing orders with sufficient lead time to avoid any last-minute delays.
Guarantee/Warranty
All items come with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems with your order, please notify us within the specified warranty period from the date of shipment. You agree to cover the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns; we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect. We will replace or repair defective products at no extra charge, with prepaid shipping by us. If the product is out of stock and a replacement is not possible, we will issue a 100% refund.
No warranty will apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To exchange a product, please first send photos of the damaged items to us. We will assess the damage and determine the best course of action for a replacement or return. If a replacement item is not in stock, we will provide a full refund.
100% Refund/Replacement
We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products as listed on our website. To protect against shipping damage, item mismatches, or missing parts, customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. Please raise a support ticket on our website’s support page. Our technical team will review the submitted details and issue an RMA number for returning the item. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the issue and send replacement items with prepaid shipping. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.
Please note, no warranty applies if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, altered, or soldered. Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we cannot offer cancellations or returns without a valid reason. Virima Automation Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please email us to request cancellation or update your address. Our Customer Service team will respond within one business day. Only orders that are still in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be altered or canceled. Once the order has progressed beyond these statuses, cancellation is not possible.
In some cases, canceling an order may incur a 5% bank charge, depending on the payment method used. This is because most payment gateway providers charge a commission even if the order is canceled and refunded. Due to our strict quality policy, we cannot offer order cancellations or returns without a valid reason. Virima Automation Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Return Guidelines
If a faulty item cannot be repaired remotely or by the customer, we will issue an RMA number. This number must be clearly marked on the shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits of Responsibility
We are not responsible for the improper installation of our products. It is crucial to observe correct electrical polarity when connecting electrical components.
